First Week Home Package

Families will receive 8 hours of postpartum care to be used within the first two months of being home with your baby.

(Typically used in the first week for 1-2 hours of additional support per day)

Mother Healing Package

My traditional Mother Healing services include healing massage, cooked food for nourishment, herbal support, and warmth through binding the womb space, warm teas, baths, and herbal tummy paste application.

This postpartum package includes seven days of postpartum care. As your postpartum doula, you will receive the following:

  • You will receive access to my private menu and can select seven warm, nourishing meals for seven days
  • warm herbal teas delivered to your bedside
  • The Tinyfeet and HeartBeats Birth and Baby mug and tea strainer
  • a warming belly oil and belly binder
  • herbal sitz bath
  • The Tinyfeet and HeartBeats Birth and Baby Postpartum Journal

Mother’s Helper Package

Families will receive 25 hours of postpartum care to be used anytime postpartum that you feel you need assistance.

  • Light housekeeping assistance

  • Hands-on education for infant and mama care

  • Soothing Baby and education on infant soothing techniques
